The weekly student
Same hour every Tuesday, same number at the end of every month.
Any offer can renew monthly or yearly. The charge goes out and posts to your books on its own.
Every new business is reviewed by hand before it can sell.
Who this is for
A weekly student. A monthly retainer. A plan a client agreed to in March and has not thought about since.
Same hour every Tuesday, same number at the end of every month.
A fixed amount for being available. Bill it by hand and that is the month you forget.
A site you maintain, or a mix you keep current. The work never stops.
An offer can renew once a year, for a client who would rather settle at once.
Each renewal
You do not re-send anything. A renewal is a sale like any other, with the same ledger line and the same visible fee.
On the same date each month or year, at the price the offer was published at.
A ledger line as it settles, with fuime's fee on its own negative line.
Attach a receipt, pair one that arrived by email, or argue in the comments.
The fee comes out of what collects. There is no monthly charge.
What it cannot do yet
No buyer portal, no cancel link. A client who wants out emails support@fuime.com and a person stops it. Say that when you sell it.
Where it stops
None of this is built, so none of it is described here.
Nothing warns a client before a renewal goes out.
A failed charge is not retried on a schedule.
Monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the published price.
A reversal, and fuime's fee rebated in proportion. A partial refund books the increment.
