The sale
Dated, priced, and attached to the offer that was bought. It posts as the payment settles.
Every sale posts to a real ledger as it settles. Receipts attach to the transaction they belong to.
Every new business is reviewed by hand before it can sell.
After a sale
Not a push notification, and not a row in somebody else's dashboard.
Dated, priced, and attached to the offer that was bought. It posts as the payment settles.
Its own negative line, naming the rate that was actually charged on that sale.
Receipts
A receipt that is not attached to anything is a receipt you will not find.
Attach the file to the transaction it belongs to. A photo, a PDF, whatever you were given.
Forward what a supplier sent you instead of re-uploading it.
The receipt sits on the line it explains. The answer is one click away.
Threaded comments live on the transaction, next to the receipt.
A refund
A reversal, plus fuime's fee back in proportion. A partial refund books the increment.
| What posted | Amount | fuime fee | Owed to you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sale · portraits | $400.00 | −$20.00 | $380.00 |
| Refund | −$100.00 | +$5.00 | $285.00 |
| Refund again | −$50.00 | +$2.50 | $237.50 |
The fee is 5% of what you collect, minimum 50¢, so $20.00 on a $400 sale.
Why it matters
You have the transaction, the date, the amount and the offer they bought.
The IRS threshold is $400, but the 92.35% multiplier puts the real trigger at $433.14.
A guardian on the account can read the ledger and download a tax packet.
Where it stops
Not a tax preparer. Nothing is submitted to anyone.
Registered in zero jurisdictions.
Arithmetic on transactions that actually happened.
Cash on a driveway is not in here.
One currency, one country, no conversion.
A payable after fees and refunds. Sending it has a person in it.
